Usually our On-Ramp program is 6 sessions 1v1 with a coach. This will be a 3 day course, still thoroughly covering the fundamentals of CrossFit, but in a group setting. This class is for CrossFit beginners ONLY. You must commit to the 3 days to graduate from the On-Ramp program. Once you graduate you will be able to participate in our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.

This is a GREAT opportunity to take advantage of our thorough training session that will allow you to confidently begin your CrossFit journey.
