OUR ON-RAMP PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO TEACH YOU THE FUNDAMENTALS THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO SAFELY AND SUCCESSFULLY BEGIN YOUR CROSSFIT JOURNEY. OUR ON-RAMP PROGRAM CONSISTS OF 3 CLASSES WHERE YOU WILL WORK IN A SMALL GROUP (LIMIT 8) WITH A COACH TO LEARN THE FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS, UNDERSTAND THE METHOD BEHIND THE MADNESS, AND WORK THROUGH SOME BASIC CROSSFIT WORKOUTS.

EACH CLASS IS APPROXIMATELY 90 MINUTES AND ARE ANNOUNCED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

OUR NEXT 3 DAY ON-RAMP SESSION IS MARCH 4TH, 5TH, AND 7TH AT 6:30PM.

THIS IS OUR 3 DAY ON-RAMP PROGRAM FOR CROSSFIT BEGINNERS. IN 3 DAYS, WITH A SMALL GROUP OF BEGINNERS, YOU WILL COVER ALL THE FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS OF CROSSFIT. AT THE END OF THE 3 DAYS YOU WILL ADVANCE CONFIDENTLY INTO OUR REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASSES. IF THE COACH FEELS YOU NEED ADDITIONAL 1V1 SESSIONS BEFORE ADVANCING TO THE REGULAR CLASSES, THEY CAN BE SCHEDULED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
