Ladies! Join us for Butts & Guts every Saturday morning at 8am with Coach Jess. This is an instructor led class that targets toning and strengthening glutes, core, and legs. You will leave this class with a burn that you’ll LOVE! This class is for ALL fitness levels and does not require any CrossFit experience. Coach Jess does the workout with you to help keep the pace and keep you motivated through the movements!

Grab your girlfriends and start your Saturday with a sweat! You do not have to be a member of CrossFit Iniquus to participate in this class. We look forward to meeting you!
