CrossFit Iniquus Pre-Teens Summer Classes! Get those kids moving this summer! Great for aspiring young athletes looking to get a little stronger, faster, and move better!

  • Open to ages 9-13

  • Focus on speed, agility, coordination, strength, and mobility

  • 1 Hour Sessions 2x/Week

  • Every Tuesday and Friday, 10:30-11:30AM from 6/18-8/23*

*There will be no kids classes the week of July 4th

Sessions include:

  • Instructor led demonstration and guidance throughout all movements to ensure a safe and effective workout

  • Warm-up specifically designed for the daily workout

  • Speed and agility training designed to get you faster and quicker

  • Plyometric based strength training to improve explosiveness and strength

  • Gymnastics skill development for increased body awareness and movement

  • High intensity designed workout based on learned skills and movements for overall fitness
