In this way we and many others like Mark Weijdt commemorate a soldier and friend and give tribute to all surviving relatives (especially his parents, sisters and partner)."
We haven't been able to determine who actually created the "Weijdt" Dutch Hero WOD. It was first posted on CrossFit Spaarne's website as the workout of the day for Saturday, December 19, 2015, the seventh anniversary of his passing. And we found a video from CrossFit Amsterdam from two years prior to that.
