Run 800 M
Choose a pistol progression that allows you to move through them relatively quickly. You should not spend 5 minute trying to do 30 pistols. If you are working on them but not quite there for 30 reps each round, try scaling the number back to something manageable and finish out the reps with an appropriate progression.
Don’t slack on the runs. If you need to, scale the distance. If you are walking at any point, you need to scale. You should be able to move through this workout (with appropriate scales) fairly consistently throughout.
